What is the Q345R material steel plate?

Q345R steel is a pressure vessel special steel plate with yield strength up to 345 MPa. It has good comprehensive mechanical properties and process properties.
The phosphorus and sulfur content of Q345R steel is slightly lower than that of Q345 (16Mn) steel, and the tensile strength and elongation requirements are higher than those of Q345 (16Mn) steel, and the impact toughness is also required. It is the most widely used and the largest amount of special steel plate for pressure vessels in China.

Q345R steel plate is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, power station, boiler and other industries. It is generally used to make reactors, heat exchangers, separators, gas pipes, liquefied gas tanks, boiler gas bags and liquefied petroleum gas cylinders.
