25CrMo4 alloy structural steel is German high temperature pressure vessel steel. The material number is 1.7218, the implementation of German standard: EN 10083.32006, corresponding to my country's brand 20CrMo, Japan's brand SCM420 (SCM22).
25CrMo4 alloy structural steel has high hardenability, no temper brittleness, good weldability, little tendency to form cold cracks, good machinability and cold strain plasticity. Generally used in quenched and tempered or carburized quenched state.
25CrMo4 alloy structural steel is mainly used to manufacture high-pressure pipes and various fasteners that work in non-corrosive media and working temperature below 250 ℃, containing nitrogen and hydrogen mixture; higher-level carburized parts, such as gears, shafts wait.
The mechanical properties of 25CrMo4 alloy structural steel: tensile strength 885 MPa; yield strength 685 MPa; elongation 12%; reduction of area 50%; impact energy Akv 35J; impact toughness value 98 J/cm2; hardness 212 HB.
25CrMo4 alloy structural steel heat treatment: forging heating temperature 1100~850℃; annealing/normalizing temperature 680~730℃, hardness after annealing 217 HBW; quenching temperature 880~920℃, oil cooling or air cooling, tempering temperature 620-650℃ ; Or quenching temperature 880℃, water or oil cooling, tempering temperature 500℃, water cooling or oil cooling; carburizing temperature 900~950℃.
Delivery status of 25CrMo4 alloy structural steel: delivery in heat treatment (normalizing, annealing or high temperature tempering) or non-heat treatment.
