What is the equivalent material of alloy steel 10CrMo9-10

10CrMo9-10 is a special alloy steel with high temperature performance, executive standard: EN10028-2, steel number: 1.7380. Material 10CrMo9-10 is usually used to manufacture reactor, heat exchanger, separator, spherical tank, oil and gas tank, liquefied gas tank, nuclear reactor pressure vessel, liquefied petroleum gas hall and turbine volute.

The production process of alloy steel 10CrMo9-10 is as follows: electric furnace + refining + vacuum degassing, fine grain killed steel.

The size, shape, weight and allowable deviation of 10CrMo9-10 steel plate shall comply with EN10029, and the thickness tolerance shall comply with class B deviation of EN10029.

10CrMo9-10 steel equivalent grade in China is 2.25Cr1Mo 12Cr2Mo1R; 10CrMo9-10 equivalent ASTM steel is A387 gr22; and it is also equivalent to international standard 13CrMo9-10.
