What is the boiler plate?

Boiler plate is mainly used for making boilers and pressure vessels. Heat treatment: hot rolling, normalizing, controlled rolling, annealing, tempering + normalizing, quenching and tempering. The Chinese boiler plate implementation standard is: GB713 standard.

Boiler plate physical properties

Boiler steel plates are high-quality carbon structural steels and low-alloy high-strength steel used for manufacturing petroleum, chemical, gas separation, gas storage and transportation containers or other similar equipment, such as various towers, heat exchangers, storage tanks, and tank trucks. Structural steel plate, see GB6654—1996. 1 Dimensions and weights: According to the provisions of GB709, the common thickness * width dimension is 6 ～ 120 * 600 ～ 3800 (mm).

Delivery status

20R, 16MnR, 15MnVR steel plates are delivered in hot rolled, controlled rolling or normalizing state; 15MnVNR steel plate is delivered in normalized state;

18MnMoNbR, 13MnNiMoNbR, 15CrMoR steel plates are delivered in normalized and tempered state.
