What is the application of Q355B plate?

Q355B material is a high strength low alloy structural steel under GB/T1591-2018 standard.

Q355B plate has good comprehensive mechanical properties, low temperature performance, and good plasticity and weldability. It is mainly used as medium and low pressure containers, oil tanks, vehicles, cranes, mining machinery, power stations, bridges and other structures that bear dynamic loads, mechanical parts, building structures, and general metal structural parts. Q355B steel plate can be used for various structures in cold regions above -40 when it is used in hot rolled or normalized state. Q355B steel is widely used in engineering, mining machinery, bridges, vehicles, ships, construction, pressure vessels, special equipment, etc. "Q" means yield strength, 355 means that the yield strength of this steel is 355MPa. The delivery condition is as rolled state.
