What is rolled clad steel plate?

Rolled clad steel plate is a kind of high strength steel plate formed by metallurgical bonding between two kinds of metals after rolling. At present, rolling clad steel plate is basically composed of carbon steel and stainless steel plate, which is composed of carbon steel and stainless steel cladding. The thickness of cladding layer and base plate can be arbitrarily combined according to the needs of users.

The production method of rolling clad steel plate is to remove the oxide scale and other impurities on the joint surface of the substrate and clad plate with a certain thickness, and then stack the other pair of clad plates and the base plate together in the same way.

After the coating of a pair of sheet materials is coated with anti adhesion coating, the two pairs of plates are stacked together with the substrate outside and inside, and the periphery of the two pairs of sheets is widened.

The thickness of the strip is equal to the thickness of the two pairs of sheets. The steel strip is welded and vacuumized, then heated and rolled. After the rolled steel plate is cut and separated, two composite plates are formed.
