The production process of hydrogen resistant CrMo steel is as follows:
Electric furnace steelmaking - LF refining - VD vacuum degassing - plate rolling - flaw detection - normalizing - tempering - steel plate finishing - performance test. To ensure the stability of hydrogen resistant CrMo steel plate performance, the appropriate internal control composition should be formulated and the fluctuation range of chemical composition should be strictly controlled. Strengthen the burden control and smelting operation, effectively control the content of Sn, Sb, As, Cu and other harmful elements, reduce the content of P and S, improve the purity of steel, reduce the tendency of temper embrittlement, and improve the high temperature corrosion resistance of steel. The heating time and temperature are guaranteed by controlling the temperature rise, and the internal quality of hydrogen resistant CrMo steel plate is guaranteed by controlling rolling. The rolling and heat treatment process should be strictly controlled so as to obtain reasonable microstructure and grain size and ensure good comprehensive properties.
The main types of hydrogen resistant CrMo steel are as follows:
14Cr1MoR steel plate for coke drum, SA387Gr11C12 steel plate for gasifier, 2.25Cr-1Mo steel plate for hydrogenation reactor and 12Cr2Mo1R steel plate with large thickness for hydrogen resistance (2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel plate).
