Common steel grades for ship plates (abbreviated, and the writing of specific steel grades are somewhat different), ordinary ship plates: A, B, D, E, the upper yield strength is greater than 235N/mm^2. B, D, E indicate the impact resistance of low temperature resistance at 20℃, -20℃, -40℃.
The equivalent material of Class A shipboard is Q235A
The equivalent material of Class B ship board is Q235B
The equivalent material of D-class ship board is Q235D
The equivalent material of E-class ship board is Q235E
Advanced shipboard: A32, D32, E32, A36, D36, E36, A40, D40, E40. Where in 32, 36, 40 indicate that the upper yield strength is greater than 315N/mm^2, 355N/mm^2, 390N/mm^2; A, D, E, F indicate 0℃, -20℃, -40℃,- 60℃ low temperature resistance.
The 32-level ship plate in the ship plate should be between Q275 and Q345, the yield strength of Q275 steel plate is 275, the yield strength of Q345 steel plate is 345, and the yield strength of 32-level ship plate is 315 (closer to the cancelled Q295 ).
