Prefabrication requirements for wall plate of large vertical storage tank:
1. The prefabrication of wall plates shall be processed in strict accordance with the requirements of drawings, and inspection records shall be made.

2. After the wallplate is rolled, it should be placed on the platform and checked with the template. In the vertical direction, it should be checked with the linear template, and the gap should not be greater than 2mm. In the horizontal direction, it should be checked with the arc template, and the interval should not be greater than 4mm.

3. When the wall plate is round, attention should be paid to prevent the irrecoverable plastic deformation caused by external force. After rolling, it should be placed on the platform for inspection. After passing, it should be placed on the prepared molding mould.
