What are the precautions for use of Q345B H-beam

1.When cutting edges and corners, the arc transition treatment shall be carried out first and the arc radius shall not be less than 25 mm.

2. After cutting the edges and corners, the welding planer should be used to tap the cutting parts lightly, so as to eliminate the stress.

3. When Q345B H-beam is cut by flame, the web plate shall be cut first and then the flange part. In order to avoid cracking caused by stress, preheat the cutting part before cutting if necessary.

4. When cutting and welding Q345B H-beam and similar products, it is necessary to assign personnel with qualification certificate of construction steel structure welder to operate according to the corresponding code and standard of construction steel structure.
