What are the main uses of Corten steel and weathering steel

Corten steel and weathering steel have different uses.

Corten steel has excellent resistance to sulfide ions and corrosion. It is widely used to resist the condensation and corrosion of sulfur-containing flue gas. Corten steel is mostly used in economizer air preheaters, heat exchangers and evaporators working in high-sulfur flue gas.

Weathering steel can be used without painting, and can be used for urban steel structure high-rise residential buildings, office buildings, public buildings, villa-style residential construction, conference center construction, steel structure rural residences, etc.
