What are the differences between Q345B and 20G seamless pipe in performance and application 

Main characteristics of Q345B seamless pipe: good comprehensive mechanical properties, good weldability, cold and hot working properties and corrosion resistance, and good low temperature toughness. However, Q345B seamless pipe has weaker pressure resistance than 20G seamless pipe, so it can only be used in general boilers or pressure vessels, and more widely used in ships, bridges, power station equipment, lifting and transportation machinery and other welded structural parts with higher load.

The yield strength of 20G seamless pipe is far lower than Q345B seamless pipe, but the mechanical properties of pressure and high temperature resistance of 20G seamless pipe are better than Q345B seamless pipe. 20G high pressure seamless steel pipe is a typical high-pressure boiler pipe, which is suitable for manufacturing seamless steel pipe for steam boiler and pipeline with high and above pressure.
