19Mn6 steel plate is a high temperature and high pressure boiler steel plate, which is mainly used for the production of boiler drum in power plant. Production process of 19Mn6 steel plate: electric furnace smelting - LF refining - VD vacuum treatment - die casting - ingot heating - rolling - normalizing - tempering - flaw detection - cutting inspection - warehousing. 19Mn6 steel plate is mostly delivered in hot rolling or normalizing state.
