High frequency welding H-beam with good quality can play a higher role in steel structure, its stability and bearing capacity are stronger, and its service life is longer. In order to ensure the quality of H-beam, we should pay close attention to the welding process to avoid accidents. In addition, the following should be done:
(1) Before welding, check whether the raw material quality is qualified: the raw material can be said to determine the upper limit of high-frequency welding H-beam quality. Unqualified materials will greatly improve the probability of defects in high frequency welding H-beam, and waste production time and labor.
(2) The welding steel strip shall keep stable operation: stable operation will provide a stable production environment for high-frequency welding of H-beam and ensure its specification accuracy.
(3) Produce according to the welding principle accurately: high frequency welding H-beam mainly uses high frequency current for welding. When welding, two high frequency welding machines should be used to heat the two welds with opening angle. The upper and lower flange and web are welded together to form a complete high-frequency welding H-beam.
(4) The common method of weld cooling is to use water spray to cool the weld directly. Although this method is simple and fast, it may also cause sudden change in the structure of high frequency welding H-beam or reduce the quality of stress. In this respect, the controlled cooling technology in hot rolling H-beam is much stronger, and we can learn from it.
The above points are all the points that need attention in the welding process. After high-frequency welding H-beam is made, professional equipment shall be used to check its quality, and unqualified ones shall be corrected.
