(1) Formulate a reasonable welding sequence to avoid the generation of welding residual stress as much as possible, so as to reduce the concentration of the restraint stress of the welded joint.
(2) The welding process parameters should be strictly implemented during the welding process, the heat input of welding should be controlled as much as possible, and a smaller current should be used for welding.
(3) The interlayer temperature of the weld bead should be strictly controlled during the welding process, and it should be less than 250°C.
(4) To ensure the internal quality of the weld, carbon arc gouging should be used for root removal after one-side welding before the other side welding.
(5) Welding seam and thick plate base metal connection foundation, that is, the size of welding foot should be as large as possible within the range of standard requirements.
(6) When considering the distribution of the number of weld bead layers, the local buffering of the base metal of the thick plate and the weld metal should be considered.
