Ship plate is the steel used in ships. Shipbuilding steel generally refers to the steel used for hull structure, which refers to the steel produced according to the requirements of classification society's construction specifications for manufacturing hull structure. Often as a special steel order, scheduling, sales, a ship including ship plate, steel, etc. Ship plate manufacturers remind that for ship plates, the use environment will be more complex than the steel on land, so there are higher requirements for the quality of ship plates. According to different processing methods, there are also different ship plates.
Hot dip galvanized steel plate. A thin steel sheet with a layer of zinc adhered to its surface by immersing it in a molten zinc bath. At present, continuous galvanizing process is mainly used, that is, the rolled steel plate is continuously immersed in the bath with zinc melting to make galvanized steel plate.
Alloyed galvanized steel sheet. This kind of steel plate is also made by hot-dip method, but it is heated to about 500℃ immediately after it is out of the tank to form alloy coating of zinc and iron. The galvanized sheet has good adhesion and weldability.
Electro galvanized steel sheet. This kind of galvanized steel plate has good processability. However, the coating is thinner and its corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot dip galvanized sheet.
Single side plating and double side differential galvanizing steel plate. Single side galvanized steel sheet, that is, only one side galvanized products.
Alloy, composite galvanized steel sheet. It is made of zinc and other metals such as lead, zinc alloy and even composite plating steel plate. This kind of steel plate not only has good antirust performance, but also has good coating performance.
