Brinell hardness (HBS100 / 3000) (annealed or tempered at high temperature): ≤217
The mechanical properties of Q345B plate are as follows:
Yield strength: ≤16mm: more than 345 MPa; 16-40mm: greater than 335 MPa; 40-63mm: greater than 325 MPa; 63-80mm: greater than 315 MPa; 80-100mm: greater than 305 MPa; 100-150 mm: greater than 285 MPa; 150-200 mm: greater than 275 MPa.
Tensile strength: 450-630 MPa.
Elongation: more than 17%.
Impact test: test temperature: 20℃, more than 34J.
Conclusion
27SiMn plate has better wear resistance than Q345B plate.
